While launching a test market campaign for denim, Eddie Bauer invited Stella Color to prototype the solutions to be evaluated by the in-store team. Within 24 hours the Eddie Bauer team had 3-4 options in hand for review.
A combination of flexible rolled media as well as rigid structural self-standing solutions were chosen and executed, then drop-shipped to 60 locations. Comprehensive directives were developed to assist execution by store-level employees.
