The project called for a light weight but durable rigid material with a low environmental impact. Hexacomb’s Falconboard was chosen for its light weight and excellent dimensional stability. It is 100% paper-based, recyclable, and manufactured chlorofluorocarbon-free with zero VOC emissions. Direct printing with our state of the art UV flatbed technology allowed us to eliminate the use of mounting adhesives and save time in the process.
